Performs assigned duties with flexibility, adjusting priorities and responsibilities as needed to support the daily operations and changing needs of the academy.

• Must possess good organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Work Year: August - May (during the school year)

Responsibilities

• Daily lunchrooms set up and break down
• Help with setup and breakdown for special events
• Delivery of Amazon/UPS/Fedex packages schoolwide
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed
• Understanding the Mission and Vision of Silverdale Baptist Academy
• Has a full understanding and is in agreement with the Statement of Faith of Silverdale Baptist Academy and has a strong commitment to school philosophy.
• Committed to protecting the culture of SBA
• Strong and clear Christian testimony
• Strong commitment to a Biblical worldview
• Understands that education is an atmosphere, a discipline, a life, and a science of relations
• Understand that teaching is a ministry
• Maintains a professional standard of dress and an engaging personality
• Prompt and continuous attendance on campus
• Irregular schedule changes may be required, including nights and/or weekends

## Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• HS/GED preferred
• No experience required

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 75 pounds.
• The position can be physically demanding. Reasonable accommodations may be made if requested in advance.
