## Qualifications
JOB SUMMARY
Crystal seeks a part-time exempt (.80 FTE, 10-month) Assistant Technical Theater Manager (ATTM) to instruct MS students in aspects of technical theater, support the upkeep and maintenance of all Middle School theater spaces under the supervision of the Technical Theater Manager (TTM), and provide technical and logistical support for Middle School productions in collaboration with the TTM and Fine Arts Liaison.

- Student Management: Instruction of students to interact safely with all theater systems
- Train and supervise student crew in technical and safety procedures for theater operations and production work related to Middle School Fine Arts productions.
- Have knowledge of best practices and safety protocols when working with middle school students using tools and equipment
- Develop safety protocols around student use of various production-related equipment
- Possess a strong ability to mentor and guide students in their development of technical skills as well as in their development of leadership capabilities
- Commit to working with students and parents from a variety of different backgrounds; be able to see and celebrate the potential in every student
