**Restaurant General Manager**

We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Dunkin’ team! This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and driving overall store performance.

As a Dunkin’ Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the store, including operations, team development, and customer experience.

**What you’ll do:**

• Oversee daily store operations and overall performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and positive guest experience
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor sales and performance metrics to drive profitability
• Support hiring, training, and ongoing team development

## Qualifications
**What we’re looking for:**

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
• Previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
