## Description

As a Mickey’s Kitchen Lead, you’ll interact with both customers and team members. We’re looking for candidates who have

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization

**Responsibilities include:**

• Supervising, scheduling, and supporting kitchen staff
• Ensuring food is prepared according to company recipes and standards
• Monitoring food safety, cleanliness, and proper storage (FIFO)
• Assisting with inventory, ordering, and minimizing waste
• Supporting smooth service flow and coordinating with front-of-house staff

## Qualifications
Please note this position requires flexible availability (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
