**Restaurant General Manager**

We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Taco Bell team! This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, team development, and overall store performance.

As a Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the success of the store by leading your team, delivering a great customer experience, and driving results.

**What you’ll do:**

• Oversee daily store operations and overall performance
• Lead, coach, and develop the team
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns as needed
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Monitor sales and financial performance to drive profitability
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to meet business needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards
• Support execution of marketing initiatives and new product rollouts
• Maintain store facilities, equipment, and overall cleanliness

## Qualifications
**What we’re looking for:**

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
• Previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
