Subway Shift Lead

## Description
As a Subway Shift Lead, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee daily operations.
**What you’ll do:**

• Lead by example and support team members during shifts
• Provide friendly, efficient service and ensure a positive guest experience
• Help ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked restaurant
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
• Complete shift paperwork and ensure equipment is functioning properly

## Qualifications
**What we’re looking for:**

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and support a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
