Job: Zip line operator

We are looking for a dependable, professional, detail orientated team player. At least 6 months of customer service interaction is preferred.

Must enjoy working with guests and must provide a positive contribution to the water park experience. Candidates must possess an energetic personality and be guest service focused. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal communication and computer skills.

Duties: Instruct clients on proper harness usage and safety procedures of the zip line adventure course. Employees must have a valid drivers license to cart clients from sales location to adventure course. Employees must display vigilance to thoroughly observe clients on the adventure course. Must have the ability to read and write as daily inspections of the equipment and course will be completed.

\*Maintain compliance with all legal requirements, codes, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

\*Safeguard the confidentiality of guest, company and employee information.

## Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

The ability to work with other people effectively and with other staff positions is important. Must be trainable and take instruction to learn position. Have a good attitude toward job as well as guests. Must always appear polite, concerned, with best guest interest in mind.

Physical Requirements

\*Must be able to lift 20lbs.

Sitting, standing for at least 8 hour shift or more.

Body Sense

Have full use of eyes and ears, full power of speech.

Body Movements

• Walking, turning head and torso, bending arms, wrists, and fingers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
