Mondays and Wednesdays and Fridays

Beautiful Noise Visual Arts Lead

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Become familiar with and keep updated on all our Emergency Protocols, Policies, and Procedures
- Contribute to school systems effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives
- Establish and adjust objectives by following school guidelines and school goals, plans, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain records by documenting accordingly
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies as deemed by your supervisor
- Embrace biblical truth, strive for excellence, and model Christ-like leadership
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish educational results and departmental requests/needs
- Meet requirements for educational development related to your position certifications
- Complete continuing education as deemed by your supervisor
- Willingness to take developmental assessments
- Background checks, Ministry Safe, Drug tests, and all compliance requests
- Attend Parent Teacher Fellowship, all school Workshops
- Attend In-service, assist in set up and tear down of all school PTFs and Workshops as deemed by your supervisor
- Support Leadership Decisions
- Other duties as assigned by Direct Supervisor, Team lead, Head of School
**PHYSICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Regularly standing and walking around
- Regularly sitting at the computer, requiring repetitive finger motion and manual dexterity
- Close visual acuity is required for viewing a computer monitor, preparing, and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, and reading
- Hearing ability to perceive sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction
- Talking and expressing ideas utilizing the spoken word to convey instructions to students, parents, and other workers
- Ability to communicate effectively, even in stressful situations
- Occasional lifting of 5 to 20 pounds
- Subject to frequent interruptions and frequent deadlines
