Warehouse Associate

## Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, equipment and terminology
• Use and terminology of requisitions, purchase orders, pick tickets and other warehouse documents
• Principles and practices of training and providing work direction
• Proper methods of loading and unloading of trucks
• Operation of warehouse equipment including forklifts, hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Basic math skills along with operation of a computer and assigned software
• Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
• High degree of accuracy and strict attention to detail
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal, writing, and organizational skills
• Proactive and willing to challenge current ways of thinking
• Oral and written communication skills
• Proper lifting techniques
