### Position Summary

Epoxytec is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented **Operator** to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. The Operator will assist with the production, filling, batching, packaging, and distribution of epoxy products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

### Essential Responsibilities

• Fill, package, and label manufactured products accurately.
• Assist with various aspects of the batching and manufacturing process.
• Prepare materials and equipment for production runs.
• Support inventory movement and distribution activities.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist team members with general manufacturing duties as assigned.

## Qualifications
### Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow established manufacturing procedures.
