**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic **Civil Engineering (or equivalent/relevant)** student interested in **a Construction / Project Management Internship** to join our Construction Services Business unit for Summer 2026. This internship provides valuable exposure to project management, engineering/design management, and to work closely with the leadership and business development with a rapidly growing award-winning engineering company. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, collaborative, and interested in gaining practical experience in the AEC industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to developing and monitoring **project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for upcoming project bids**.
  • Support proposal development, including gathering data, preparing drafts, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, upcoming projects, and industry trends to help identify new business opportunities.
  • Help streamline internal processes such as scheduling, document management, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency.
  • Work directly, closely and under supervision of Business Unit Leadership and must take instruction, confidentiality and timeliness seriously.

  • **Required Qualifications**
  • Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s (Seniors only) or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction/Project Management, or a related field**.
  • Strong interest in project delivery, construction, and engineering firm management.
  • Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**, Adobe and Project Information Management Systems (exhibit ability to learn)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

## Qualifications
**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Coursework or hands-on experience related to construction, design or project management (construction/development)
  • Previous internship experience.
