| **Summary/Objective** |

| This position plays a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth and service level objectives. This position plans, directs and coordinates the preparation of project documentation such as engineering drawings, production specifications, schedules, and contract modifications. This position also ensures that customer specifications and requirements are met or exceeded. This position will also have the responsibility to respond to customer inquiries of a technical nature to include product capabilities and limitations; manufacturing capabilities and capacities; and other technical issues as they may arise. Travel to customer sites and attendance at trade shows will also be necessary in support of this role. Strong interpersonal skills are required along with a positive, supportive attitude with the customer. This position must be a team player that supports all functional areas of ANCORP. |

| **Essential Functions** |

| - Provide customers and sales teams with technical product and application support via phone, email, and site visits. - Develop and maintain in depth product knowledge, specifications, and can point out the technical merits of products. - Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs, determine technical requirements, promote ANCORP products, and provide technical sales support. - Provide customers with product and service information they require, as well as provide quotes and lead times for products. - Drive revenue growth by actively managing the sales cycle from technical qualification through to deal closure, including delivering persuasive presentations, addressing concerns, and confidently asking for the order. - Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop effective strategies, and directly contribute to achieving sales targets. - Reads and understands bid/ Request for Quote (RFQ) specifications and prepares bid proposals/responses on behalf of the sales team. - Review and understand RFQ drawings and manufacturing drawings. This includes an understanding of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing. - Follow up with customers’ needs and quotations, help to identify customers’ concerns and problems. - Represent ANCORP at assigned trade shows. Communicates and interacts with potential customers at trade shows and expositions. - Support the sales team in technical product presentations and documentation. - Plans and modifies product configurations to meet customer needs. - Reviews and verifies documentation for completeness, correct formatting, and compliance with all requirements. - Support Marketing with creation of product documentation. - Confers with engineers, supervisors, and management to discuss deadlines, quotations, materials, and schedules. - Provide training to ANCORP personnel when required on product lines and customer applications. - Sells and supports products that require extensive technical expertise and provides support for installation and use. - Support engineering as required. - Other duties as assigned. |

| **Work Environment** |

| Work is generally performed in an office environment with controlled heating and air, with standard office equipment available. The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection. Travel to trade shows and customer sites will also be required. |
