Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a **PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)** to support our therapy services at our **newly acquired senior campuses** in **Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI**. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate and skilled SLP looking for flexible hours in a supportive, therapist-led environment.

### **What You'll Do:**

• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately document services per regulatory and company standards

### **What You Need:**

• Current **Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license** and **ASHA CCCs**
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing settings
• Flexibility, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude

## Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
