### **Your Responsibilities:**

• Implement physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist residents in improving **mobility, strength, balance**, and **independence**
• Provide rehab support post-surgery, injury, or illness
• Monitor and document resident progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate residents and families on rehab techniques and mobility strategies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to regulatory standards
• Deliver care in a compassionate, respectful, and supportive manner

### **Qualifications:**

• Active **Wisconsin PTA license**
• Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for working with older adults
• Dependable and flexible team player

## Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
