**Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN**

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)** to join our therapy team supporting seniors in **Lomira, Beaver Dam, and Markesan, WI**. We have opportunities for **full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules**, allowing you flexibility while making a meaningful impact on residents’ mobility, independence, and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing patient-centered care to seniors
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and independence
• Guide residents through exercises and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the PT
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients, families, and staff on safe mobility practices
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress

**Qualifications:**

• Current Wisconsin PTA license
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with older adults
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude

## Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
