### **What You'll Do as a Pediatric PT:**
- Conduct thorough evaluations of children’s physical abilities, mobility, and coordination
- Develop engaging, individualized treatment plans
- Support motor development, balance, walking, posture, strength, and endurance
- Help children achieve important developmental milestones
- Provide hands-on, evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with families, schools, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in B-3 or school-based team meetings
- Educate caregivers to support carryover at home and in school
- Maintain organized and clear documentation of progress and goals

## Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
