### **What You’ll Do:**

• Assist Physical Therapists in providing **individualized care** to residents across multiple senior communities
• Implement treatment plans to **improve mobility, strength, and independence**
• Support residents with **functional activities, exercises, and daily living skills**
• Monitor patient progress and provide **feedback to PTs**
• Collaborate with staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure **holistic care**
• Maintain **accurate documentation** of therapy sessions and progress

### **Qualifications:**

• Graduate of an accredited school with a **bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy**
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a **Physical Therapist Assistant in Wisconsin**
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for improving lives

## Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
