### **What You’ll Do as a PRN PT**

• Perform functional mobility and strength assessments
• Build individualized, meaningful treatment plans
• Provide skilled PT interventions to maximize mobility, safety, and independence
• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility techniques and fall prevention
• Recommend assistive devices and environmental modifications
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support whole-person wellness
• Complete clear, timely clinical documentation

### **What You Bring**

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Wisconsin PT license
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
• A passion for supporting older adults with dignity and compassion
• Flexibility and a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to travel from Green Bay to Crivitz or Marinette (with travel bonus!)

## Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
