Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a **Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR)** to support our senior communities throughout **Eau Claire County**. For therapists who are able and willing to also support our **amazing senior community in Augusta, Wisconsin**, this role offers the opportunity for **full-time employment**.

### **About the Role**
As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) with Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency, you will
- Complete functional and cognitive evaluations
- Develop individualized, resident-centered treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT interventions to promote independence and quality of life
- Educate residents, families, and staff on adaptive strategies
- Recommend assistive equipment and environmental modifications
- Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
### **Qualifications**
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or eligible **Wisconsin OT license**
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Passion for working with older adults

## Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
