Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a **PRN to Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)** to support our therapy team at our **newly acquired senior campuses** in **Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI**. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and flexible OT looking to provide high-quality care with the potential to grow into a regular part-time position.

### **Your Role Includes:**

• Evaluating residents and developing personalized treatment plans
• Helping patients regain independence in daily living tasks (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and self-care
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Documenting progress according to regulatory and company standards

### **What We're Looking For:**

• Active **Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license**
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• A passion for working with older adults in a skilled nursing setting
• Dependability, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit

## Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
