Rehab Resources is seeking a passionate, energetic, and skilled **Pediatric Physical Therapist** to join our team in a **PRN B-3 and outpatient pediatric role**, providing services **in the home and community** throughout the **Fond du Lac area**. This is a consistent PRN opportunity (1–2 days per week) with after-school hours, ideal for therapists looking for flexibility while still making a meaningful impact with children and families.

**Role of our pediatric PT**

  • Provide **B-3 and outpatient pediatric PT services in the home and community**
  • Evaluate motor development, mobility, balance, coordination, and strength
  • Create individualized, play-based treatment plans
  • Support children in meeting developmental milestones
  • Collaborate with caregivers, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in B-3 team meetings as appropriate
  • Educate families to promote carryover in daily routines
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation of goals and progress

## Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
