Rehab Resources is seeking a passionate, energetic, and skilled **Pediatric Physical Therapist** to join our team in a **PRN B-3 and outpatient pediatric role**, providing services **in the home and community** throughout the **Fond du Lac area**. This is a consistent PRN opportunity (1–2 days per week) with after-school hours, ideal for therapists looking for flexibility while still making a meaningful impact with children and families.

**Role of our pediatric PT**
- Provide **B-3 and outpatient pediatric PT services in the home and community**
- Evaluate motor development, mobility, balance, coordination, and strength
- Create individualized, play-based treatment plans
- Support children in meeting developmental milestones
- Collaborate with caregivers, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in B-3 team meetings as appropriate
- Educate families to promote carryover in daily routines
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of goals and progress

## Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
