**What You’ll Do as a COTA**

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents in improving independence, mobility, and daily function
• Lead therapeutic activities and functional interventions
• Monitor resident progress and document outcomes accurately
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive equipment and safety
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Promote fall prevention and safe mobility strategies

**What We’re Looking For**

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current (or eligible) **Wisconsin COTA license**
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with older adults
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset

## Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as Occupational Therapy Assistant.
