### **Your Role Includes:**

• Evaluating residents and creating individualized treatment plans
• Helping residents maintain independence in **ADLs** such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and functional mobility
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for **resident-centered care**
• Documenting progress according to regulatory and company standards

### **What We’re Looking For:**

• Active **Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license**
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• A passion for working with older adults in assisted living
• Dependability, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset

## Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
