Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to expand our team at our newly acquired partnership within an outstanding senior community in **Janesville, Wisconsin**. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)** to join our therapy team full-time. PRN Opportunities available as well.

**Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities**

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
  • Monitor residents’ responses to therapy and report progress to the supervising PT
  • Accurately document treatments and resident progress in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes
  • Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
  • Maintain a positive, professional presence within the senior community

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Wisconsin
  • Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior rehabilitation preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

## Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
