Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to expand our team at our newly acquired partnership within an outstanding senior community in **Janesville, Wisconsin**. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)** to join our therapy team full-time. PRN Opportunities available as well.

**Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities**
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Monitor residents’ responses to therapy and report progress to the supervising PT
- Accurately document treatments and resident progress in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
- Maintain a positive, professional presence within the senior community
Qualifications & Attributes
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Wisconsin
- Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

## Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as Physical Therapy Assistant.
