**Join our Amazing Team! Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Birth to 3 & Outpatient**
**Johnson Creek, WI**
Exciting opportunity for a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing, mission-driven team serving children in Johnson Creek and surrounding communities. This unique role offers a blend of **Birth to 3 (early intervention)** services and **outpatient pediatric therapy**, allowing you to support children and families across natural environments and clinic settings.
This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact through early intervention and outpatient care while working within a collaborative and supportive therapy team. **This role is not available for CFY.**
**As a pediatric SLP in this role, you will:**
- Provide play-based, evidence-informed therapy in home, community, and clinic settings
- Support infants, toddlers, and young children with speech, language, and feeding needs
- Partner closely with families using a coaching model in Birth to 3
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IFSP-aligned for B-3 and clinic-based plans for outpatient)

## Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
