Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Occupational Therapist** to serve as **Rehab Director** at our beautiful continuum-of-care senior community in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

## **Rehab Director Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage the Therapy Department to ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery
• Supervise, mentor, and develop therapy staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized resident care
• Provide direct patient care while overseeing departmental operations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity standards
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
• Maintain regulatory readiness and documentation accuracy
• Advocate for residents to maximize functional independence and quality of life
