Greenfield Rehab is seeking an experiencedPhysical Therapist (PT) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Janesville, Wisconsin.

Looking for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care.

**Qualifications**

• Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
