***JEFF WYLER FLORENCE BUICK GMC*** is seeking a **Finance Manager**, **F&I Manager**, for immediate hire!

As the **Finance & Insurance Manager** you will sell new and used car buyers' financing, insurance, and other automotive finance programs. Finance Managers also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and in accordance with the Automotive Finance Program Guides. As with all positions within our dealerships, the **Finance Manager** is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

**Finance Manager Responsibilities:**

• Manage and oversee the financial aspects of the dealership's sales process
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Assist customers with financing and leasing options
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to automotive financing

## Qualifications

• 2-5 years proven success in a prior finance role
• Automotive sales background a plus
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required as well as clean driving record
• Professional appearance and work ethic
