**Jeff Wyler Superior Honda** is seeking to add an experienced Sales Manager!

***We are looking for a Sales Coach to help lead our Superior Honda team:***

The ***Sales Coach*** is responsible for maintaining a well-balanced Used and New Car Vehicle inventory and selling each unit at a maximum gross profit. The Sales Coach establishes objectives for the team and accomplishes them through planning, organizing, controlling, and measuring the performance of the sales team. Must present a professional appearance, display outstanding communication and leadership skills and demonstrate a strong desire to win!

**Most importantly, must have the ability to lead and coach a team while remaining coachable!**

• Strong coaching, negotiation and presentation talents and skills is a must
• Prior automotive management experience is needed
• Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is a plus.

• Experience working as an Automotive Sales Manager is preferable.
