**Undergraduate level**
**Fall Semester 2026 and Spring Semester 2027**
Strawberry Fields, Inc. is a Human Service agency providing residential and community services to individuals with Intellectual disabilities and/or mental health challenges.
We are celebrating 50+ years of service to the Centre region!
**Summary:**

• **Support individuals with Intellectual disabilities****,** **physical disabilities and/or mental health challenges in a group home setting**
• **Shadow Program Manager in day-to-day operations of residential group home**
• **Internship opportunities are unpaid**

**Organization Expectations:**

• Be interested in assisting individuals with disabilities, co-existing medical conditions and mental health challenges
• Must be flexible regarding availability and schedule
• Ability to work as a team member and actively participate in all daily routines is essential

**Job Responsibilities:**

The position is in a 24 hour residential program.

Must be able to work flexible hours to meet individual and programming needs.

Hours include mornings, days, and evenings, together with weekends, holidays and breaks.

**Physical demand:**

Ability to exert moderate physical activity (i.e., transferring, bending, twisting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, repetitive lifting, and pushing in miscellaneous activities with individuals and in overall maintenance to the house).

**Minimum Qualifications:**

• Must be 18 years of age
• Criminal background check required
• Professional and Personal references required
• Must have exceptional communication skills in interactions with consumers, staff, families, and the community.
