### The Opportunity
Cornerstone is seeking a **Superintendent** to join our Construction Division and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare projects across the country. The Superintendent plays a vital role in coordinating daily field operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring that each project runs efficiently and on schedule.

### Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
- Promote and enforce safety compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Coordinate subcontractor work and monitor quality and progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation including safety logs, daily reports, and delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, field staff, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
- Conduct site walk-throughs and assist in verifying work against project plans and specifications.
- Support project closeout and punch list completion.
- Assist in workforce scheduling, logistics planning, and materials management.
## Qualifications
### Qualifications
**Required:**
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of five years of field construction experience, preferably in medical office or healthcare facilities.
- Working knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and mobile technology proficiency (email, reporting tools, construction software).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
**Preferred:**
- OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Trade certification or vocational training in carpentry, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
