**Lead Warehouse Operations for a Global Sports Brand**

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations team in Greer, South Carolina.

**Position Summary:** The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing warehouse operations across outbound shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory, and returns to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely order processing. This role oversees daily workflow, supports warehouse associates and leads, maintains quality and safety standards, ensures accurate use of the warehouse management system and Enterprise Resource Planning system, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet productivity, service, and operational goals.

What You'll Do

As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution of receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. You will lead a team of warehouse associates and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve operational and customer service goals.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, train, and mentor warehouse employees.
  • Conduct team meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and performance management.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support employee growth through coaching and development opportunities.

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory control, returns, shipping, route closing, and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Ensure accurate execution of warehouse processes through WMS and ERP systems.
  • Prioritize workloads to meet customer commitments and shipping deadlines.
  • Support daily warehouse activities as needed.
  • Coordinate expedited and international shipments.

Inventory, Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and replenishment activities.
  • Monitor compliance with vendor routing guides and customer shipping requirements.
  • Support Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements utilizing Lean, 5S, RCA, and CAPA methodologies.

Safety Leadership

  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and training requirements.
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and follow-up corrective actions.
  • Champion safety committee initiatives and warehouse housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure proper use of equipment, PPE, and safety procedures

  • **Education & Experience**
  • **Required:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field plus 1 year of warehouse supervisory experience

**OR**

  • Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field plus 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience

Experience should include leadership within shipping, receiving, inventory management, replenishment, or returns operations.

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, RCA, CAPA, TQM, and QMS standards
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment

### Certifications

  • Forklift certification (stand-up and sit-down) or ability to obtain certification.

## Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a warehouse environment for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in both office and non-climate-controlled warehouse environments.
