Service Advisor – Kia Service Department

To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our expanding service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
• Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the service process
• Promote customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance
• Driven, motivated, and results-oriented
• Clean and valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Drug-Free Workplace
