## Description

### Drive commercial-vehicle growth for our Manor rooftop. You will

• Prospect and close small-business, municipal, and fleet accounts
• Build long-term relationships through consultative, solution-based selling
• Manage the order pipeline—from specs and upfitting to delivery and post-sale support
• Leverage Ford Fleet programs, incentives, and financing to maximize value for clients
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, monthly forecasts, and CSI targets

## Qualifications

• 2 + years proven success in fleet/commercial vehicle sales (Ford experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of fleet financing, leasing, and upfit options
• CRM proficiency and solid pipeline/forecast management skills
• Self-starter who thrives on outbound prospecting and relationship building
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
