**What You’ll Do:**

Estimate and manage collision repair jobs from start to finish, working directly with customers, insurance partners, and technicians. Provide clear, accurate estimates using CCC One, ensure quality standards are met, and keep repairs on schedule.

## Qualifications

**What We’re Looking For:**

• Proven experience as a Collision Estimator or Service Advisor in a body shop setting
• CCC One or similar estimating software proficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented attitude
• I-CAR certification or industry training preferred
