**Used Car Sales Manager – Leif Johnson Ford (Buda, TX)**

Leif Johnson Ford is looking for an experienced, motivated **Used Car Sales Manager** to lead our pre-owned department at our Buda location. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to drive volume, profitability, and team development at one of the fastest-growing dealerships in Central Texas.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve performance goals
• Manage inventory, appraisals, pricing, and merchandising of all pre-owned vehicles
• Drive process improvement to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with finance and service to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to build a strong, customer-focused team
