**Parts Counterperson – Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland**

Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is seeking an experienced **Parts Counterperson** to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **body shop parts** and be able to support both internal and external customers with accuracy and efficiency.

## Qualifications

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist technicians, body shop personnel, and retail customers with parts inquiries and orders
• Accurately identify, source, and price automotive parts and accessories
• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure timely ordering and delivery of parts
• Process invoices, returns, and special orders
• Work closely with the service and collision departments to support repair operations

**Qualifications:**

• **Prior experience in a dealership or body shop parts department required**
• **Body shop parts experience strongly preferred**
• Familiarity with **PartsTrader** and **CCC One** a plus
• Experience with **CDK** or other dealership management systems preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
