## Express Lube Technician – Full Time

**Location:** Ford Spring Hill

Ford Spring Hill is seeking **full-time Express Lube Technicians** to join our growing service team. We offer **top pay, excellent benefits, and multiple positions available**.

## Qualifications

### **Responsibilities:**

As an Express Lube Technician, you will perform both basic and advanced maintenance on vehicles, including diagnosing mechanical issues and testing parts and systems. Key duties include:

• Accessing all areas of vehicles to identify and repair problems
• Disassembling and reassembling parts correctly
• Using power tools (pneumatic wrenches, lathes, jacks/hoists) and hand tools (sockets, ratchets, wrenches, pliers)
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs with accuracy and efficiency
• Following checklists, procedures, and safety protocols
• Assisting with additional duties as needed

**Work Schedule:** Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including Saturdays and overtime when required.

### **Requirements:**

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Entry-level technicians welcome – we provide training
• Strong team orientation, flexibility, and commitment to high-quality customer service
• Ability to explain mechanical issues to service advisors in simple terms
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to adhere to all warranty, regulatory, and company safety/compliance procedures
