## Experienced BDC Representative – SBC Lakeland

SBC Lakeland is seeking an experienced and motivated **Business Development Center (BDC) Representative** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive BDC, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive dealership sales and service opportunities.

## Qualifications

### Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, texts, and internet leads
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to maximize appointment show rates
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction

### Qualifications

• Previous automotive BDC experience required
• Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Professional attitude and appearance
