## Regional Facilities Manager - North, South, West

Temco Logistics is seeking (3) Regional Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple distribution centers within a defined geographic region. This role is responsible for ensuring all facilities, equipment, and services are functional, well-maintained, and safe for associates by executing established standard operating procedures across Compliance, Safety, Central Operations, and Facilities.

This is a highly collaborative, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive operational consistency across multiple sites.

Candidates must reside within the region they will oversee

1. North - IL, IN, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NH, NJ, NY, OH, SD, VT
2. South - AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, PR, TN, TX, VA, WV
3. West - AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, WA, WY

**Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee site preservation and maintenance processes across assigned locations
• Identify and resolve facility-related issues to improve overall quality and compliance
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions related to structural, tenant improvement, service disruptions, and equipment challenges
• Partner daily with Facilities, Compliance, Operations, and Real Estate/Legal teams
• Support internal audits, ensure compliance adherence, and contribute to strategic program execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors
• Coordinate on-site work, provide performance feedback, and manage quote/RFP processes
• Ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance and repair services
• Manage divisional P&L in alignment with budget expectations
• Follow approval workflows and communicate cost-related decisions and action plans

**Qualifications**

• 2+ years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance, or multi-site operations
• Trade school certification or equivalent experience in a related field
• Ability to work in environments that may include unclean warehouse conditions
• Willingness to travel overnight 25–50%
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced operational environment
• Ability to manage vendors and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for emergency situations
