### **Job Title: Hero Supervisor – Overnight Cleaning Lead (10 PM – 6 AM)**

**Location:** Planet Fitness – Simi Valley

**Reports To:** Assistant Manager / Club Manager

**Employment Type:** Full-Time (Overnight)

### **Position Summary**

**Hero Supervisor –** is responsible for leading the overnight Hero team and maintaining Planet Fitness’ highest standards of cleanliness throughout the club. This role oversees deep cleaning tasks during the hours of **10:00 PM – 6:00 AM**, ensures the facility is member-ready each morning, and provides excellent customer service to members using the club during overnight hours.

This position is hands-on and directly contributes to a clean, safe, and welcoming *Judgment Free Zone®*.

### **Key Responsibilities**

**Cleaning & Facility Maintenance**

• Lead overnight cleaning tasks and delegate responsibilities to Hero team members.
• Perform and oversee:
• High dusting (vents, fans, light fixtures, corners).
• Deep cleaning of all bathroom and locker room facilities (showers, sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors).
• Detailing of gym floor surfaces and equipment (cardio, strength, free weights, mats, turf).
• Spot cleaning of windows, mirrors, and walls.
• Restock paper products, cleaning materials, and supplies.
• Complete nightly cleaning checklists and verify that all standards are met.

**Member Service & Club Support**

• **Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the club and provide friendly, helpful customer service at all times.**
• Assist members with check-in and basic account questions during overnight hours.
• Monitor club activity and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

**Leadership**

• Support and guide overnight Hero staff to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques and set the example for performance and professionalism.
• Communicate issues, supply needs, or maintenance concerns to management.

### **Qualifications**

• Previous custodial, janitorial, facility cleaning, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and organized space.
• Communicates clearly and works well with a team.
• Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Must be 18 years or older; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
