***Windsor Gardens is hiring for:***
***(4) 2pm - 10pm - (Monday thru Friday with $1 shift differential)***
***(2) 10pm - 6am (4 on 2 off rotation with a .75 shift differential)***
## Qualifications
**Responsibilities:**

• As a **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.

**Requirements:**

• Active TX **Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)** License
