## Administrative Assistant
**Key Job Responsibilities:**

• Answer and direct company phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and relay information effectively.
• Occupy front desk, greet visitors with a welcoming smile, direct them appropriately. While maintaining safe, orderly and welcoming reception area and office environment.
• Pick up, sort, distribute, incoming mail daily. Other shipping and postage duties.
• Ensure offered amenities are stocked daily, maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Support entire office team, including owner and executives. Duties may include but not limited to reviewing and preparing documents, coordinating and scheduling meetings, agendas, presentations, trainings, data entry, filing, scanning, mailing, preparing letters, emails, assisting employees with questions, shredding, running errands, and other general office duties.
• Heavily assist in execution of all company functions, including any related travel, reservations, meals or accommodations needed for events, meetings. While rare, some events may require after hours or weekend.

## Qualifications
**Special Education, Skills, Training, Degree or License Required:**

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be reliable and timely
• Engaging + welcoming presence
• Strong Telephone + listening skills
• Excellent verbal communication
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work quickly, under pressure and multitask.
