**Job Summary:**

Grady Rentals LLC is seeking a hardworking and reliable **General Laborer** to join our **Oil Field Rental and Containment Division**. The General Laborer will assist the **Containment Crew** in various tasks, including equipment cleaning, shop maintenance, equipment delivery, and driving crew members to job sites. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Assist Containment Crew:** Support the crew in setting up, maintaining, and removing containment systems at job sites.
• **Transport Crew & Equipment:** Drive the containment crew to and from job locations safely and efficiently.
• **Equipment Cleaning:** Wash and maintain company equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• **Shop Maintenance:** Keep the shop organized and clean, disposing of waste properly and ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly.
• **Deliver Equipment:** Transport equipment and materials to and from various job sites as needed.
• **Follow Safety Regulations:** Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

• Must be at least **18 years old**
• Valid **driver’s license** with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift **50+ lbs** and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Previous experience in oilfield services, general labor, or industrial work is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
