- **Advocacy:** Highlight family strengths and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- **Collaboration:** Work alongside a team of clinicians and community partners to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- **Community Connection:** Help families integrate into their community and access the tools they need to thrive.

- **Experience:** Demonstrated skills in case management.
- **Communication:** Strong listening and writing skills are a must for assessment and documentation.

- **Requirements:** Must be at least 20 years old, possess a valid KS Driver’s License, and pass comprehensive background checks (KBI, DCF, etc.).
**The "Extras" We Value:**
- Experience with **trauma-informed care** or emotional regulation techniques.
- A background in therapeutic, educational, or childcare settings with preschoolers.
- The ability to lead group activities that foster peer interaction and cooperation.

This role requires a high level of organization and a commitment to quality. You’ll manage about 80 encounters per month and maintain timely documentation (90% of notes within 48 hours). In return, you’ll be part of a supportive environment that values your input in treatment planning and team building.
