Are you passionate about caring for others and making a real impact in people’s lives? We’re looking for a **compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** to join our team!

In this role, you’ll work closely with nurses and medical staff to provide hands-on care and support to patients, helping them feel comfortable, safe, and respected every day.

### **What You’ll Do**

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support patients during mealtimes, including feeding assistance when needed
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other important health information
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Help reposition patients and provide preventative skin care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Accurately document care provided in clinical records
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests
• Work closely with nurses and team members to deliver high-quality care

### **What We’re Looking For**

• Active **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** certification with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
• A caring, patient-focused attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality care

## Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
3. Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification, preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods standing, walking, working and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to move 150 pounds with assistance.
