Are you a reliable, safety-minded person who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? At Atterbury Job Corps, our Drivers provide safe and dependable transportation for students while helping maintain the facilities and grounds that keep the Center functioning day to day.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

• Provide safe, efficient, and timely transportation services for students
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of Center facilities and grounds
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of Center facilities and systems to prevent disruptions to student and staff services
• Schedule and deliver vehicles for preventive maintenance and repairs as needed
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report safety issues or concerns to supervisor
• Maintain appropriate vehicle documentation per DOL/Company requirements
• Track and document work status, notifying supervisor of any issues
• Assist other departments as needed

**WHAT YOU BRING**

• **High School Diploma or equivalent** (required); advanced degrees (preferred)
• Previous **experience working with youth** (preferred)
• **Valid in-state driver's license**, maintained throughout employment, and ability to meet Company insurability requirements (required)
• **Ability to lift 40 pounds** and perform physical tasks including **standing, climbing, walking, pulling/pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching**, or ability to assess lift load and request assistance as needed
