## 🔨 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
• Inspect building systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend repair or equipment replacement solutions.
• Assist with facility improvement projects and general campus upkeep.
• Monitor the work of outside contractors and ensure projects meet quality standards.
• Support and mentor Job Corps students participating in maintenance-related training activities when assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
• Model professionalism and Career Success Standards while collaborating with departments across campus.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Center operations.

## Qualifications

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or a skilled trade preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or general building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work.
