**Salary Range:** $20.00-$22.00 hourly

**Position Type:** Full-Time

**Responsibilities Include:**

• Supporting daily living activities, personal care, meals, and medication assistance
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
• Assisting with appointments, medical coordination, and documentation
• Supporting community outings, recreational activities, and social engagement
• Serving as a positive role model through respectful communication and support

## Qualifications
**Preferred Skills**

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or caregiving experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English required for daily communication with staff and families.
• Experience with documentation systems such as Therap, Paycom, or StationMD
• Budgeting and household management skills

**Qualifications**

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required (Ability to obtain a Class E license within 14 days of hire)
• Proof of vehicle insurance required
• Ability to pass background checks and reference verification
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
