Snowmass Club is looking for a Dish Steward who plays a key role in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting the culinary team with excellence.

✨ What You’ll Do

🧼 Cleaning & Sanitation Excellence

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dish machines or by hand
  • Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen floors, and surrounding workspaces
  • Clean and maintain dish machines according to established schedules
  • Store all wares in proper, organized locations

🧹 Kitchen & Facility Support

  • Remove trash, clean garbage bins, and replace liners
  • Break down boxes and dispose of debris properly
  • Clean receiving areas, trash areas, coolers, freezers, and storage spaces
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies such as soap, chemicals, and paper goods
  • Assist with general kitchen cleaning and weekly maintenance tasks

⚡ Team Support

  • Prioritize dishwashing needs during service to support front- and back-of-house teams
  • Assist with basic food prep and storage when needed
  • Attend team meetings, trainings, and pre-shift line-ups
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture

🛑 Safety & Awareness

  • Keep floors clean, dry, and free of hazards at all times
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Recognize and respond to potential hazards quickly
  • Support emergency procedures when required

## Qualifications
💼 What You Bring

  • 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Food safety certification preferred

  • 💪 Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Standing and moving for extended periods
  • Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
